A good friend of mine owns Sherwood Forest Tree Service which mostly does cutting down and pruning trees in area in Northeast Georgia. That’s outside what I normally work with, but I’ve enjoyed learning about and helping with his business. I’m seeing a lot of opportunities to use some technology in different aspects of his business.

I’ve looked at a list of all of his past customers, and am looking through property data to try and identify common things that will help define his ideal customer. Then we might be able to target more customers like those that he’s already worked with.

Also, I’m wondering about the ability to generate an estimate for tree removal if you just send a photo of it and have AI provide some information about it like the species of tree, estimated height and trunk diameter.

I’m excited to see if it turns in to some other projects.
